Additional Information

  • Bills are mailed on the 1st business day of each month.
  • Bills are due upon receipt and are considered late if not paid by the due date indicated on the bill.
  • A late fee will be applied to the account if the payment is not received in our office, by phone or online by 5:00p.m. on the due date indicated on the bill.
  • Water service is subject to immediate disconnection ($115.00 disconnection/reconnection fee) if payment in full is not received in the office, by phone or online by 5:00 p.m. on the due date indicated on bill.  5:00 p.m. is the deadline to avoid the minimum Administrative Lock Fee of $15.00 on due date indicated on bill.
