Bills are mailed on the 1st business day of each month.
Bills are due upon receipt and are considered late if not paid by the due date indicated on the bill.
A late fee will be applied to the account if the payment is not received in our office, by phone or online by 5:00p.m. on the due date indicated on the bill.
Water service is subject to immediate disconnection ($115.00 disconnection/reconnection fee) if payment in full is not received in the office, by phone or online by 5:00 p.m. on the due date indicated on bill. 5:00 p.m. is the deadline to avoid the minimum Administrative Lock Fee of $15.00 on due date indicated on bill.
