Community Centers
The Phelan Piñon Hills Community Services District Parks and Recreation is pleased to provide two Community Centers for your use. These are available for rental for almost any type of recreational, educational, or community event 7 days a week from 8am to 11pm. Check our calendar for date availability*.

Host your next party or event at our Phelan Community Center which seats up to 80 for events requiring tables and chairs. The kitchen area can accommodate the warming of food; however, no cooking is available.

Host your next event or meeting at the Piñon Hills Community Center which seats up to 203 for meetings, and 102 for events requiring tables and chairs. The Piñon Hills Community Center also has a full commercial kitchen available for your use.

Category 1 - Meetings and Classes (2 Hr. Minimum)
- Monday-Friday: $30.00 per hour
- Weekend or Holiday: $40.00 per hour

Liability Insurance
A certificate of liability insurance is required for facility reservations. Participants must bring proof from their insurance company naming Phelan Piñon Hills Community Services District as being additionally insured for $1 (one) million dollars. The certificate must be provided two weeks prior to the rental date. No reservation will be confirmed without an insurance certificate.
Confirmation
No reservation is confirmed until the completed reservation form has been approved, all fees have been paid, and insurance requirement is submitted. Approval is dependent upon intended use, availability, and applicants' agreement to abide by the terms and conditions listed herein.
