Community Water Fill Station
The District has installed a Community Water Fill Station available 24 hours a day. This station is located south of Cayucos Road on Sheep Creek Road in Phelan and has an overhead water fill as well as a hose fill. Customers may purchase water at the station using cash or card, or you may also visit the District office to set up an account.
