District Management
The District's Board of Directors delegate management responsibility of the day-to-day operations of the District to an appointed General Manager who, in turn, employs all employees at the District, including department managers and supervisors. The District's General Manager, General Counsel, and an external Auditor report directly to the Board of Directors.
