Jeanna has resided in Phelan for over 45 years.  After graduating from Serrano High School, she worked locally in the community for over 35 years, with the last ten years owning a local family business.  Jeanna and her husband raised four children in this community and some still work in the local family business.  She is familiar with the changes our community has experienced over these 45 years and looks forward to continuous growth.

Being involved in the community is important, which is why Jeanna has served over 21 years in a variety of local organizations.  Utilizing her expertise and proven track record of community engagement, she is looking forward to being part of the Phelan Pinon Hills Community Services District Board of Directors.
